Reservations are subject to the availability of accommodation. If availability is not confirmed, you will be notified immediately, and a refund will be processed if payment has already been made.

2.2. Cancellation and Modification:

The established deadline for cancellations or modifications is 48 hours before 3:00 PM on the date indicated for check-in at Relax Stay.
Cancellations or modifications outside of the established timeframe will not be eligible for a refund of the payment already made, without exceptions.

2.3. Acceptable Use:

The service should only be used for legal and personal purposes. The use of the site for fraudulent or illegal activities, or to upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, is prohibited.

2.4. Liability:

We are committed to providing all necessary information to ensure your stay at Relax Stay is enjoyable, such as the specific address, the room(s) to be used, check-in and check-out times, among other details.
We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of third-party services related to accommodation (transportation, activities, etc.).

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and accommodation preferences when you make a reservation.

3.2. Use of Information:

We use your personal information solely for the purpose of:
